We are committed to providing high-quality insect screens and stand by our products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, subject to the following terms:

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty applies in the following cases:

✔ Mesh tearing or shredding due to a manufacturing defect.
✔ Cable breakage caused by faulty manufacturing.
✔ Malfunction or breakage of the tensioning mechanism due to a manufacturing fault.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty is void if the insect screens are:

✘ Misused or not used according to instructions.
✘ Damaged due to failure to follow maintenance and care guidelines.
✘ Dismantled or tampered with in any way.
✘ Damaged by animals.
✘ Affected by misuse, abuse, accidental impact, or cosmetic damage.

Note on Animal Damage:

If an insect screen is damaged by an animal, we can repair or replace it at the client’s expense. Many of our customers have successfully installed these screens for animal use, and they remain in excellent condition. We will work on obtaining testimonials to support this.
